I was in the middle of a project when it happened. My computer gave me that Blue Screen of Death. I did what any born problem solver and emergency manager would do.  I got on google and read things I only understood half of. I tried things, downloaded things, and rebooted my way until about 3 in the morning.

When I woke up, bleary the next morning, I was ready to just buy a new computer. My description of the process of working on that computer was BRUTAL.  I dreaded it, hated it, and Killed myself trying to do something about it…   and then I decided it was time to find a professional.

The tech logs in remote (because we live in a Virtual world, right?) and flies around the screen faster than you can keep track. You want to see and learn what they are doing but really?  Seriously, let me pay them to do what they do and I’ll get back to what I do. With precision they resolve the issue and you’re thinking… wow… wish I’d done that sooner.

Truth is, you want the results…   if you wanted to be a tech, you would have to dedicate years to the study and practice… but today you just want your computer, or your car, or your BODY to work the way they’re supposed to.

We invest heavily in anti-virus software. We religiously take our cars in for service and do whatever they tell us. We set reminders on our phone to do about everything in our lives but when it comes to our bodies we don’t understand why they don’t perform with perfection when we are pretty sure we threw a vegetable in there at least once last week.

Nobody on their deathbed ever wished they’d spent more time at the office. Wealth will always be defined by the priorities we choose and our ability to integrate those priorities consistently into our daily lives.

Spinning plates is not a strategy. Responding to crisis is not leadership and that includes how proactive we are with our health. Making excuses for our lack of an Optimal Health plan will not help us become who we were created to be no matter how many Reasonable Reasons we’ve made.

You don’t have to be a computer tech to maintain a healthy network. And you don’t have to be a nutritional specialist to get good personal advice to reach Optimal Health.

Trying to do it alone is like pretending you’re a tech or a plumber or an electrician when you’re not. There is an easier way and if you want to feel the WEALTH of great HEALTH, it’s time to learn about Virtual Health Coaching and how easily it can fit into your life.

Let’s talk about how to do Breakthrough Together.
