In years past, I tried desperately to get to Halloween having starved myself because I knew the next two months were going to be an eating FRENZY. PLUS.. it’s the gray period if you live in the Midwest. It’s light for about an hour every day.. feels like.. and evening snacking is at its peak. BUT WHAT IF it didn’t have to be? What if you could enjoy the holidays, even the food, without elastic pants?
