STOP FEELING SORRY FOR ME…and stop feeling sorry for yourself. Stop putting your hand to the plow and looking behind you. This your life and your greatest results will come from your consistent choices and identity.

Love your CHOICES.   Never feel sorry for yourself.  … Here’s how.

For a long time I was in conflict between my desire for fitness and my desire to satisfy my taste buds. I believed i had to GIVE UP something to get what i wanted but i was only willing to give it up ‘short term’. I wore my sad face when I struggled to lose weight with self denial and mysteriously believed when i returned to a normal (crappy and unhealthy) diet, it was “normal”.

Really? WHY should I feel sorry for myself when I’m doing the things that result in success? That’s Crazy!

As a health coach, now i realize the power of choice and how much I love the decisions that have allowed me to be healthy, lean and feel much younger than i did a decade ago. But i see so many people struggle with this UPSIDE DOWN perspective that they are SUFFERING if they give their body Optimal Fuel to perform in an Optimal way for an Optimal Life! (did i overdo it there?)

STOP FEELING SORRY FOR ME. And STOP FEELING SORRY FOR YOURSELF.

You have been given the power to choose and that means you have the power to choose your destiny, not be dictated to by some random bowl of Pasta or Pan of Pizza. SURE, you can have some, but when it runs your life… you’re going to run out of life.

I am the master of my destiny and my choices. So are you. I choose ME, especially when it comes to optimal health.

Isn’t it time to celebrate the power of Choice. CHOOSE YOURSELF and never be ruled by the deception of momentary fixes. You deserve it.
